Scope: Construction of 45 Nr new domestic dwellings, for City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council.  17 Nr have been constructed to Level 6 of the Code for Sustainable Homes with the remainder constructed to Level 4 .

The development includes renewable technology such as solar photovoltaic (PV) panels, solar thermal panels, air source heat pumps, a communal biomass boiler and rainwater harvesting
