That's why the cost plan is fundamental - it lets everyone know the contract parameters.
Keeping things on budget can be tough, but with our Quantity Surveyors keeping a close eye on the costs, the Project Managers will be co-ordinating the rest of the team, liasing with the Client, Solicitors, in fact everyone working on the project. We like to get involved, delivering quality service from the top to the bottom line. This commitment has worked for major projects like the international award winning Tronic at Ulverston to one million sq ft distribution warehouses and, at the other end of the spectrum, doctors' surgeries and single dwellings.
