Malcolm is a Partner of the practice with over 35 years of experience in private practice. 

He joined the practice as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in 1979 and was made a Partner in 1985.

His areas of expertise are Cost Planning, Pre-Contract Services and Client liaison.

Stephen is Partner in charge of our Quantity Surveying team.  He joined the Practice in 1987, being appointed Associate in 1990 and Partner in 1996.

Stephen has over 35 years experience in private practice and specialises in new build and refurbishment of office, commercial, industrial, health, police, religious and social housing projects.

Additional expertise includes acting as an expert witness in arbitration cases.

Mark has over 25 years experience in the industry, 15 years of which have been in the private practice.

His early years were spent with local and national Contractors before joining the practice as a Project Manager in 1998, going on to become an Associate in September 2001 and a Partner in 2006.

His main duties have been Project Management and CDM Co-ordination services with expertise in offices, industrial, leisure and hotels.

Nigel has been with Michael Eyres Partnership for over 25 years after graduating from Leeds University in 1995, becoming an Associate with the practice in 2009.

He works mainly on churches, health care projects, police stations, and residential developments.

Tim has worked at the practice since 2007 and qualified as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor in 2011 after graduating from Salford University with a Masters Degree in Quantity Surveying, since joining Tim has progressed through the practice to become a Senior Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager.

Tim’s main duties are to act as Quantity Surveyor, Project Manager and CDM Co-ordinator with experience in industrial, leisure, social housing, private housing and public sector areas.

Simon has worked at the practice since 1989 and became an Associate in 1999.

Simon's main duties are to act as Project Manager within industrial, commercial and retail sector areas.

Simon is a fully trained Quantity Surveyor and CDM Co-ordinator.

Paul joined the practice in 1999 and became an Associate in 2009.

He takes a lead role and works exclusively in Social Housing Projects and residential developments.

Neil joined the practice in 2000.  He works mainly on industrial and commercial projects throughout the UK.

Tracey joined the company in 1979 as a Receptionist and is now the Office Manager. 

Her main responsibilities include the day-to-day management of the company accounts and employee payroll, together with general office administration and secretarial duties, though her most important role by far is ensuring that the office is equipped with sufficient coffee, tea and biscuits !!!

Steph joined the company in 1999 as the Receptionist/Typist. 

Her duties comprise directing calls, typing correspondence, producing Tender and Contract Documents and offering a warm welcome to guests.
